The RHA® Collection is the only line of FDA-approved HA fillers for dynamic lines, wrinkles, and folds.

The RHA® Collection offers four HA-filler formulations. RHA Redensity™ is a weightless filler that smooths delicate lipstick lines. RHA® 4 provides natural volume for deeper dynamic wrinkles and folds.

The RHA® Collection uses a gentle manufacturing process with minimal chemical modifications to the initial composition. This helps preserve the structure of HA, helping it more closely resemble the natural HA found in the skin. The RHA® Collection is the latest advancement in HA-filler technology—purposely designed to treat dynamic areas of the face.

The RHA® Collection was developed by the innovative Swiss company, TEOXANE, and has been widely used by aesthetic experts outside of the US since 2015. TEOXANE was founded by Madame Valerie Taupin who co-created the dermal filler Juvéderm® two decades ago, looking to perfect dermal-filler technology. She then directed her research team to design an HA filler to more closely mimic HA in the skin—leading to the latest filler innovation in the market: RHA® Collection.

Dermal filler injection results are immediate. The results from the RHA® Collection of fillers can typically last up to 15 months in wrinkles and folds and 1 year in lipstick lines.

The RHA® Collection is widely studied. The clinical effectiveness and safety of RHA® 4 were shown in two 15-month studies for wrinkles and folds. The clinical effectiveness and safety of RHA Redensity™ were shown in a 12-month study for lipstick lines—in which 2/3 of participants still had lipstick-line improvement at 12 months.

Sculptra Aesthetic is used to correct shallow to deep wrinkles and folds on the face. Administered with the appropriate injection technique from a trained specialist, Sculptra Aesthetic is clinically approved for:

• Deep folds between the nose and mouth (nasolabial folds), also called “smile lines”
• Lines framing the mouth (marionette lines)
• Chin wrinkles

On average, a series of three treatment sessions over the course of a few months may be needed. The number of injections at each session will vary, depending on the degree of correction needed and the treatment plan determined by you and your specialist.

Sculptra Aesthetic is designed to give you noticeable results that emerge gradually and can last more than two years.^* Don’t be disappointed if you don’t see immediate results. A few days after treatment, you may look as you did before treatment. This is normal and temporary. The Sculptra Aesthetic regimen delivers its full effects with an average of three treatment sessions over the course of a few months. Because results happen gradually, you’ll see subtle, yet noticeable, results in the reduction of facial wrinkles and folds by comparing images before treatment and a couple months following treatment.^**

JUVÉDERM® injectable gel is a colorless hyaluronic acid gel that contains a small quantity of local anesthetic (lidocaine) and is injected into facial tissue to smooth wrinkles and folds, especially around the nose and mouth. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring sugar found in the human body. The role of hyaluronic acid in the skin is to deliver nutrients, hydrate the skin by holding in water, and to act as a cushioning agent. The role of lidocaine is to reduce the pain associated with injections into the skin.

JUVÉDERM® temporarily adds volume to facial tissue and restores a smoother appearance to the face. It can also be injected directly into and around the lips using a small needle to temporarily add the desired range of fullness for lip enhancement in adults over the age of 21. The lidocaine in the gel improves the comfort of the injection.

JUVÉDERM® injectable gel will help to smooth moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds. Most patients need 1 treatment to achieve optimal wrinkle smoothing, and the results last about 9 months to 1 year. Also, the results of the JUVÉDERM® clinical study showed that the product will temporarily improve lip fullness.

Some discomfort may occur during and after the injection. JUVÉDERM® injectable gel contains an anesthetic to reduce injection-site pain. Physicians may choose to numb (anesthetize) the treatment area with a cream placed directly on the injection site (topical) to further minimize discomfort.

No. Correction is temporary; therefore, touch-up injections as well as repeat injections are usually needed to maintain optimal correction. Less material (about half the amount) is usually needed for repeat injections.

Your physician will tell you what to expect following treatment with JUVÉDERM®. Within the first 24 hours, you should avoid strenuous exercise, extensive sun or heat exposure, and alcoholic beverages. Exposure to any of the above may cause temporary redness, swelling, and/or itching at the injection sites. If there is swelling, you may need to place an ice pack over the swollen area. You should ask your physician when makeup may be applied after your treatment.

Most side effects are mild or moderate in nature, and their duration is short lasting (7 days or less). The most common side effects include, but are not limited to, temporary injection-site reactions such as: redness, pain/tenderness, firmness, swelling, lumps/bumps, bruising, itching, and discoloration. As with all skin injection procedures, there is a risk of infection. Rarely, vision abnormalities have been reported after treatment with JUVÉDERM®.

JUVÉDERM VOLUMA® XC injectable gel is a smooth, colorless hyaluronic acid (HA) gel that contains a small quantity of local anesthetic (lidocaine). HA is a naturally occurring sugar found in the human body. The role of HA in the skin is to deliver nutrients and help the skin retain its natural moisture and softness. The addition of lidocaine helps to improve the comfort of the injection. JUVÉDERM VOLUMA® injectable gel is manufactured using VYCROSS® technology to give a specialized smooth-gel filler that produces long-lasting results at the treatment site. JUVÉDERM VOLUMA® is delivered by an injection into the cheek and surrounding area of the mid-face to correct volume and fullness.

As you age, the cheek area loses its youthful shape. The cheeks flatten out and the skin may begin to sag. JUVÉDERM VOLUMA® injectable gel is designed to temporarily reverse these signs of aging. It is a gel that is injected into the cheek area to lift the skin. It temporarily adds volume to the cheek area and results in a smoother contour and more youthful appearance to the face.

It will temporarily correct volume in the cheeks and cheek area that has been lost due to aging and will provide a smoother contour and more youthful appearance to the face.

Injections may cause some discomfort during and after the procedure. In the JUVÉDERM VOLUMA® injectable gel clinical study, immediately after injection subjects rated injection pain, on average, as a 3 on an 11-point scale where 0 is no pain and 10 is worst pain imaginable. JUVÉDERM VOLUMA® injectable gel contains lidocaine to reduce injection site pain. Your doctor may also choose to numb (anesthetize) the treatment area with a topical or injected numbing agent to further minimize discomfort.

No. While individual results may vary, in the clinical study, the results lasted up to 2 years in a majority of subjects treated with JUVÉDERM VOLUMA®. After this, repeat injections are usually needed to maintain your desired result.

In the clinical trial the most common side effects were temporary reactions at the treatment site such as tenderness, swelling, firmness, and lumps/bumps. These side effects generally lasted 2 to 4 weeks. See Section 14 for additional information on side effects seen in the clinical study. Your doctor will also tell you what to expect following treatment with JUVÉDERM VOLUMA® injectable gel. The most common side effects include temporary reactions at the treatment site such as tenderness, swelling, firmness, lumps/bumps, bruising, pain, redness, discoloration, and itching. These side effects are consistent with other facial-injection procedures. See Section 14 for additional information on side effects seen in the clinical study. Although most side effects will resolve with time, some side effects may persist longer than 30 days. Your doctor may choose to treat them with medications, such as antibiotics, steroids, or hyaluronidase (an enzyme that breaks down HA). As with all skin-injection procedures, there is a risk of infection. One of the risks with using this product is unintentional injection into a blood vessel. The chances of this happening are very small, but if it does happen, the complications can be serious, and may be permanent. These complications, which have been reported for facial injections, can include vision abnormalities, blindness, stroke, temporary scabs, or permanent scarring of the skin.

RADIESSE^® is a dermal filler that temporarily adds volume to help smooth moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds (the creases that extend from the corner of your nose to the corner of your mouth).

RADIESSE is made of tiny calcium-based microspheres suspended in a water-based gel. The calcium microspheres are similar to minerals found naturally in the body so allergy testing is not required. Over time, the body absorbs the microspheres and gel, leaving behind only natural collagen.¹

Please note that RADIESSE is contraindicated in patients with severe allergies manifested by a history of anaphylaxis, with a history or presence of multiple severe allergies (please see Important Safety Information below).

Once injected, RADIESSE plumps the skin to give the appearance of a smoother surface. Over time, RADIESSE works to stimulate the body to produce collagen naturally.¹ Ultimately the body absorbs the product and leaves behind the natural collagen for long-lasting results.^2,3

RADIESSE can be injected in the following locations*:

• Smile lines: also called the nasolabial folds, are the lines that run from the corners of the nose to the corners of the mouth
• Marionette lines: the lines that run downward from the corners of the mouth
• Corners of the mouth: also called the oral commissure, if these are turned downward it can make you look as though you’re frowning
• Pre-jowl fold: the area on either side of the chin, where skin can sag due to loss of facial volume
• Chin wrinkles: horizontal lines that can form on your chin and distract from your smile

*RADIESSE is FDA-approved for correction of moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds.

RADIESSE is injected under the skin in a quick procedure that can be done over the lunch hour. RADIESSE is also FDA-approved to mix with lidocaine (an anesthetic), which means the procedure will be much more comfortable. In fact, in a clinical study, 90% of patients treated reported significant pain reduction when injected with RADIESSE mixed with lidocaine.⁵

Immediately upon injection, RADIESSE restores volume to smooth out the signs of aging. The natural-looking results may last up to a year or more in many patients.^2,3

The most common adverse events include bruising, redness, swelling, pain, tenderness and itching. These side effects generally last for a short time and are mild in nature. These are not all of the possible side effects with RADIESSE. Tell your health care provider about any side effects that bother you or do not go away.

RADIESSE should not be used in patients with severe allergies manifested by a history of anaphylaxis, a history or presence of multiple severe allergies or patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components.

The safety of RADIESSE has not been established in patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding or under the age of 18.

As with all procedures that involve an injection through the skin, there is a risk of infection. Do not use RADIESSE if you have a skin infection until it has healed.

The microspheres in RADIESSE can be seen in X-rays and CT Scans. It is very important that you tell your health care provider that you have had RADIESSE dermal filler injected into your face.

If you have a history of herpes, you may experience a herpes breakout after receiving RADIESSE.

For approximately 24 hours after treatment:

• Avoid significant movement or massage of the treated area
• Do not apply makeup
• Avoid extensive sun or heat exposure

Restylane is used to add volume and fullness to the skin to correct moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as the lines from your nose to the corners of your mouth (nasolabial folds). Restylane is also indicated for lip augmentation.

With full treatment, you can see lasting results for up to 18 months in nasolabial folds with Restylane;¹⁰

^{In a clinical study treating the lines from the nose to the corners of the mouth (laugh lines), blinded evaluators reported that 95% of subjects improved for up to 18 months when they received an initial Restylane treatment, plus a follow-up treatment approximately 4.5 or 9 months later. Using this Restylaneregimen of treatments, blinded evaluators reported similar subject improvement, on average, at 18 months compared to their Week 2 Wrinkle Severity Rating Scale (WSRS) score.10} 

*The duration of effectiveness of Restylane for the correction of nasolabial folds (NLFs) was evaluated in a randomized, evaluator-blinded multicenter study. Restylane was shown to have an overall duration of effectiveness of 18 months from baseline following retreatment at 4.5 or 9 months.

Depending on your volume needs, most Restylane treatment appointments last less than an hour and begin to work almost immediately by adding volume to smooth away wrinkles. A clear gel formulation of hyaluronic acid, Restylaneproducts act like your body’s own hyaluronic acid (and eventually break down naturally). Each Restylane product is designed for a specific purpose.

Initial Restylane treatments are usually complete in one or two sessions, as needed. Depending on your individual body chemistry, you will work with your specialist to determine a maintenance schedule. Talk to your physician or healthcare professional about your individual needs.

After your treatment, you may experience side effects, such as swelling, redness, pain, bruising, headache, tenderness, lump formation, itching at the injection site and impaired hand function. These are typically mild in severity and normally last less than 7 days in nasolabial folds and less than 14-18 days in lips. Patients should be limited to 6.0 mL per treatment of moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds. For treatment of volume deficit in the hands, patients should be limited to 3.0 mL per hand per treatment. Swelling may be more likely in patients under 36 years, and bruising may be more likely in patients over 35 years. The Restylane family of products should not be used by people who:

• Are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under 22 years of age
• Have recently used drugs that thin the blood or prevent clotting
• Have had previous bad allergies, particularly to microorganisms known as gram-positive bacteria
• Have serious allergies to drugs that have previously required in-hospital treatment
• Have bleeding disorders
• Have a known allergy to lidocaine, if using Restylane Silk, Restylane lyft, Restylane, Restylane Refyne or Restylane Defyne
